Generator_WebkitPdf

Generates PDF files using the extension webkitpdf.
The configuration only needs the ID of the page where a webkitpdf plugin record was inserted.

The only configuration option for Generator_WebkitPdf is 'pid', which has to be the ID of a page with a webkitpdf plugin record.
